By using TTNet Bulk SMS (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to represent a business/organization.

  • Accept all terms herein and agree to comply with Cameroonian laws and regulations.


2. Service Description

TTNet Bulk SMS enables users to send SMS, MMS, voice messages, and manage campaigns via a web-based platform. Features include:

  • Bulk messaging, scheduling, and dynamic campaigns.

  • Wallet system for SMS credit purchases.

  • Reseller accounts and API integration.

  • Coverage across Cameroon and Central Africa.


3. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • Accurate Information: Provide truthful details during registration and updates.

  • Compliance: Ensure messages comply with laws (e.g., anti-spam, data privacy).

  • Content Liability: You are solely responsible for message content and recipient consent.


4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use TTNet Bulk SMS to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages.

  • Transmit illegal, abusive, or defamatory content.

  • Violate recipient privacy (e.g., unsolicited messages without opt-out options).

  • Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.


5. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment Methods: MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, credit/debit cards.

  • SMS Credits: Purchased credits are non-refundable and expire after [X] months.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes.

TTNet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

The Service is provided “as is.” TTNet does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • SMS delivery to all recipients (subject to network availability).


8. Limitation of Liability

TTNet is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Losses due to third-party actions (e.g., telecom network failures).


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Disputes shall be resolved in Cameroonian courts.


10. Modifications

TTNet may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
